Jess is a devoted mother to her daughter, Madelyn, and a proud breast cancer survivor whose strength and resilience inspire everyone around her. She has a deep love for reading and can often be found with a good book in hand.
Jess also enjoys spending time outdoors and taking trips to Tennessee, where she finds peace, adventure, and a chance to recharge. Family, nature, and meaningful moments are what she cherishes most.

Kelly
Kelly is a dedicated dental hygienist who graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2016. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health and values building long-term relationships with those she cares for.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles with her husband Austin, attending his band’s shows, and spending time with their basset hound, Otis. Kelly and Austin are also excited to welcome their first child in mid-December.

Jesse is your hometown dental hygienist who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. When she’s not in the office, she can be found in the kitchen cooking or baking something new, tending to her garden, curled up with a good book, or spending time with her husband, David, along with their family and friends.
She cherishes the strong sense of community in her small town of Greensburg, IN, and looks forward to welcoming every patient to her chair.

Suzanne
Suzanne is a 1994 South Decatur High School graduate and went on to earn her degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University South Bend in 1999. In 2003, she was blessed with her beautiful daughter, Ava.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and watching scary movies. Known for having the “gift of gab,” she truly loves connecting with her patients and catching up with them during their dental visits.

Barbie
Barbie Brown has been a dedicated member of the practice for over 43 years. She worked alongside Dr. Steve Stradley for the first 38 years of her career and later transitioned to the front desk team following his retirement. Barbie is deeply committed to her work and values the strong relationships she has built over the years.
She has a wonderful family and is currently enjoying the arrival of a new addition, her granddaughter Braylynn Michael, who is already very loved and spoiled. In her free time, Barbie enjoys vacationing, reading, shopping, and spending time with her extended family, lovingly known as “The Burro Girls.” She also cherishes the meaningful friendships she has developed within her work family.
Barbie remains committed to serving patients with warmth and dedication as a valued member of the team.

Sara is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant with a strong passion for helping patients feel confident and love their smiles. With several years of hands-on experience, she assists in a wide range of dental procedures, ensures patient comfort, and supports the dental team in delivering top-quality care. She thrives on creating a welcoming and stress-free environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside the office, Sara is a proud mom of four young girls who keep life busy, joyful, and full of laughter.

Kattie O’Mara has been a dedicated dental assistant for 15 years and loves being part of a team that helps patients smile with confidence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Bobby, and their two children, Niall and Evelyn. For Kattie, family and friends are at the heart of everything she does.

Claire
Claire lives just outside of Batesville with her husband, Nathan, whom she married in November 2025. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at UC Blue Ash and has been a practicing dental hygienist for five years.
When she’s not caring for patients and helping them maintain healthy smiles, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors, especially jeeping and ranger riding and being with her and Nathan’s families.
She is dedicated to providing excellent care and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and welcomed.

Shannon is a dedicated Dental Assistant with a passion for patient care. She works closely with the doctor to ensure appointments run smoothly and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease.
Outside of work, Shannon is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters, who inspire her every day with their kindness and strength. Her warm personality and commitment to excellence make her a valued part of our dental team.

Kelsey
Kelsey is a 2008 graduate of Greensburg High School and began her dental career soon after, becoming a certified dental assistant right out of high school. She recently advanced her education and is now an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Kelsey is known for her calming and reassuring personality, helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their dental procedures.
When she isn’t working, Kelsey enjoys live music, softball, and creating memories with her two children, Jaydin and Karlee. She is passionate about her role in the practice and is committed to providing excellent care to every patient she meets.
